Excellent setup

Our facilities are exclusively for personal training and coaching. Hand selected equipment, private consultation rooms, state of the art technology and pure focus on your clients will help you deliver your best work. Coaches focus purely on what they know best, coaching - no sales, front desk or other administrative tasks.

Ongoing education

Every team member goes through our ongoing internal education system which includes practical workshops, live teachings and self learning. You are constantly developing your skills and are exchanging with like minded team members while going through the MTM career path. MTM also financially supports external education.

A supportive team

The collective is what makes MTM unique. We are looking for team players that are moving the mission forward, only by that we can all thrive. We have experts in different fields that are working hand in hand.

Fair compensation

All MTM trainers are employed with all benefits and paid above average. Great performance is compensated by an additional bonus.

Support for your success

Your team leads are supporting and mentoring you on your path to success at MTM. Bi-weekly feedback meetings are helping you to improve as an individual and develop into the coach you want to be.

Regular gatherings

We come together regularly as a team for MTM sponsored events and dinners. On a daily basis you can use the gym for your own training, we love to train together and support each other wherever we can.
