How can I get started?

Do I need prior experience before starting at MTM?

We are here to help you wherever you are at this point in time. You can be an absolute beginner or an experienced athlete, every situation is unique and so is the approach.

What are the qualifications of the Personal Trainers and Coaches?

All our Personal Trainers and Coaches are going through our MTM education program that has been developed over the years by our most experienced coaches. It combines the knowledge of multiple university degrees and hundreds of training certificates.

What are the different packages?

We are offering “1:1 Personal Training” packages including weekly sessions with your Personal Trainer at our studios and alternatively the “Coaching Package” where you see your coach on a monthly basis for your coaching including a lifestyle & body composition assessment, goal setting, nutrition- & supplementation plan and exercise routine that you then train on your own at another gym. The monthly coaching is included in all “1:1 Personal Training” packages. Find more information on our main page.

How long is the commitment?

Packages require a commitment of an initial 4 months period. For individual solutions, contact us directly.

Do I get to choose my coach?

During the first initial consultation we will get to know you and your goals better. We then find the best matching coach within the team.

Can I use the studio for my own workouts without a trainer?

All MTM studios are exclusive for our “1:1 Personal Training” sessions and coachings with our Personal Trainers and Coaches to ensure the best possible experience for our members.

Can I pause my membership during periods of travel?

We always find individual solutions to ensure you can make the most of your membership.
